FREIGHT CHARGES

At all times we will endeavour to deliver your purchase as promptly as possible, however, delays may be expected during peak periods or when posting to regional areas within Australia.

Standing Shipping $15 up to 2kg.

Over 2kg we will contact you.

We will use Australia Post and will require signature upon delivery.

We will send an e-mail with your tracking number when your order has been dispatched.

If your selected item is not in stock we will contact you by e-mail or phone to make alternate arrangements.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you wish to exchange or return any items you must notify La Dee Dah within 14 days.

Should you be unhappy with an item purchased you may return it to us and we will provide an exchange item or store credit to the value paid for the returned item.
Store credit can only be redeemed in store and not on-line.
You will be responsible  for return shipping costs or undamaged  or non defective items.
Item may also be retuned to our store.

REFUNDS

We do not provide refunds for change of mind.
We wil, however, provide and refund for faulty or damaged goods. Please contact La Dee Dah within 2 days and advise of damaged or fault goods and arrange for replacement.
