“Sbriciola” is an easy to use Bread board, suitable for use outside of the kitchen. Designed by Anna and Gian Franco Gasparini, the board contains large lengthwise slits, and a little drawer to catch and hold the crumbs that fall through the slits. The drawer is separated into two compartments – the smaller one houses the bread knife and is located under the slit-free part so the crumbs don’t get in; the second one is the same size as the slitted area, so it can collect the crumbs that form when you cut the bread.

This item is for the bread board only, the knife is sold separately.
